Nazlican leads Climate and Sustainability programs at IDEO. With a background in Design Research and Industrial Design, she helps multidisciplinary teams create new ventures, products, and services. At IDEO, Nazlican has led diverse projects, from long-term engagements and building digital renewable energy ventures within large corporations to identifying opportunities for advancing ocean health and environmental conservation.
Before joining IDEO, Nazlican co-founded a design studio in New York, where she spearheaded design research across various contexts, from industrial design to social impact projects.

This combination of skills allows clients to determine what works, why it works, and by how much – something critical for the long-term success of sustainability initiatives.
